Terms  & Conditions

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully. You agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions below.

  1. Client’s obligation​

    • All our consultations are initiated with our Online Style Discovery Questionnaire. We ask that you complete the questionnaire comprehensively. We appreciate you being open and honest with us, so the we can best meet your needs.

  2. Service

    • We pride ourselves in delivering a professional tailor-made service to meet your styling needs. We treat all clients with respect and welcome the same in return.

    • A comprehensive description of Services are listed on the website homepage

    • Specific to Wardrobe Review and Refinement service. Resale garments will be merchandised for 2 months. After which unsold goods will be donated to women’s charities.

  3. Our fees

    • Our fees are guide and may vary dependent on your personal requirements.

  4. Travel Expenses Travel expenses outside London include rail, taxi, airfares and car mileage (charged at £1 per mile). Expenses are an additions and are confirmed at booking.

  5. Payment​

    • Once your Style Consultation and date is agreed we will require  a 50% non-refundable deposit to secure our booking is required. Full balance is due on the day of the session, but may be paid before. 

    • Our preferred method of payment is via bank transfer; our bank details are on your invoice.

  6. Cancellation

    • Cancellations must be made 5 working days before the agreed date of your style consultation.

    • Your appointment can be rescheduled or postponed if your cancellation is made 5 working days before your booking.

  7. Refunds

    • Refunds are applicable for matters beyond your control (Death or serious Injury) supporting evidence may be requested.
